External third party offering an inspection audit which entails a thorough evaluation of the current quantity of the existing commodity in the warehouse at a given time, date and location. We validate the existing transaction and analyse the site findings to improve the process and ensure the best interest of the financier is at hand.

A stock position holding certificate is issued on an SMA service and a warehouse receipt is issued on a CMA service. These certificates are issued daily / weekly / fortnightly / monthly in accordance to the agreement terms between the financier and ourselves. Quality certificates are also apart of the certification service whereby post the sampling process we provide the analysis / certificate to the client

SMA ( qualified inspector is appointed to verify the stock position at a specific location, at a specific time and date. CMA and Warehouse Management Services - 24 hour presence on site whereby a qualified inspector manages the goods in store on behalf of the financier daily. A detailed stock report is sent to the financier.

Vessel discharge (verification and tally of various commodities), Sampling (verification of the quality of goods), Ad hoc verifications ( establishing stock holding at any given time and place).
