Are you interested in joining a Martial Arts Academy? Contact us now! You will have the opportunity to compete in provincial, national as well as international tournaments (world championships) and you will be able to earn your provincial and national sporting colours! You will learn stand- up fighting, self- defence, grappling/MMA, weapons and much more! Your first class is free with no obligation to join up so anyone is welcome to come and check us out. We take children from age 5 and up so bring your children along. Class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. classes are from 18:30 – 19:30. Class takes place at the East Cape Badmington Hall at the bottom off Alan Drive Walmer. Are you interested in learning how to defend yourself in a every day life situation? Look no further, we at 360Kickboxing do a self-defence training course on the first week off every month. Classes will consist of hand to hand self-defence / take downs / disarming / ground work as well as Kali" (Short stick) training. 2 Classes (Tuesday & Thursday - 6.30 to 8) once a month, R100 for the week. or you can join up as a full member (R160 p/m) for 2 classes every week.
