STANDARD FEATURES:
Tank capacity from 75liters up to 500 litres.
Safety limit switch fitted to prevent machine running if lid is opened.
Central discharge including butterfly valve
Single piece lid with gas support struts
Stuffing box bolt on for easy cleaning and maintenance including braided Teflon packing
Electrical control panel which is manufactured using 3CR12 a duplex stainless steel and then powder
coated to negate chances of oxidation fitted with all required controls.
Blender tank is mounted on tubular frame on wheels to allow for easy discharge
All gasket material of food grade Viton
Standard drive 220 single phase or 380 volt, 60 Hz, three phase can be supplied.
Pillow block bearing engineering plastic housing and stainless steel inserts
Our Ribbon blenders consist of a U-shaped horizontal trough and an agitator all made up of stainless steel both the inner and outer helical ribbons that are attached to the stainless steel drive shaft and pitched to move material axially (in opposing directions) as well as radially. This combination promotes a fast and thorough blend.
