Fuel Tanks – Supply, installation, replacement and maintenance of new and re-conditioned above-and underground fuel storage tanks
Pipelines – Supply, certified installation, replacement of all types of steel and hdpe pipelines Fittings– all types of petroleum installation fittings
Pumps and Pump Sets – Supply, installation, replacement and maintenance of new and reconditioned pumps and pump sets
Sleeving – Installation of all sleeving on forecourt to P.O.S
Leak Detectors – Replacement of faulty leak detectors.
Safe Disposal – Safe disposal of contaminated products in accordance with national environmental standards.
Cleaning of Fuel Storage Tanks – Specialised cleaning and water removal in fuel storage tanks
Manholes – Construction and fitment of manhole covers
Concrete – Cut, break and replacement of concrete as per required standards
Islands – Construction of fuel pump/dispenser islands
Slabs – Casting of all slabs on the forecourt including containment slabs
DCP Testing– Density Compaction Testing

Our Method: Fuel Pump & Tank Repairs and Maintenance: Matulor Tank Services is actively involved in the Petro- Chemical Civil | Mechanical Engineering discipline and as a result we introduced new installations, general maintenance & site civil | mechanical engineering as a support function to our service offering of fuel tank and line testing and cleaning. Having surpassed expectations, it has now become one of our most predominant and sought after activities. Generally referred to as the P&T team our highly experienced construction and service division is now able to provide an end-to-end solution for all small and large repairs, installations and decommissions in both the retail and commercial sectors.
