If your year ends on or after 1 May 2011, we can assist you by doing an Independent Review. This is done in accordance with the new Companies Act 71 of 2008. Qualifying for an Independent Review will depend on the PIS (Public Interest Score) calculated. Taking into account the technicalities around Independent Reviews it is best you contact our offices or book an appointment.
