HumiSeal Conformal Coating Product Range

HumiSeal offers acrylic, urethane, silicone, epoxy, and UV-curable conformal coatings, each tailored for specific environmental and electronic protection needs. HumiSeal conformal coatings are protective layers applied to printed circuit assemblies (PCAs) to shield them from moisture, chemicals, dust, and thermal stress while maintaining electrical insulation and reliability. The coatings are formulated to provide optimal flow, adhesion, and coverage, including sharp-edge areas on densely packed boards. . They are available in solvent-based, water-based, and UV-curable formulations, allowing flexibility in manufacturing processes and curing times.
