Petro Lessing is an admitted attorney and conveyancer since 1992 from which date she attended to property transactions. She has a history of 30 years+ in conveyancing, starting at the Deeds office Pretoria in 1988. She practiced from 1997 under her own company name, changed to Petro Lessing Attorneys, to capture her maiden surname. She initially practiced under the name Petro Herbst Duggan Attorney Firm. She moved to the Western Cape in May 2019 and now practices from her office in Strand.
Attending to immovable property related matters, drafting of agreements of sale and registration of property transfers and personally delivers professional service, with many happy and loyal clients who never looks back. In addition to conventional and sectional transfers and private bond registrations, the firm also attends to registrations of subdivisions, consolidations, endorsements of deeds for various purposes, such as estate matters, etc, amendments to deeds, releases and cancellations of private bonds, cancellation of title conditions, acquiring various consents for different purposes, general property related advice, and the drafting of property related agreements. E4 Legal Studio conveyancing software is used for document generation, as well as SearchWorks direct link with the Deeds Registries for deeds searches and obtaining copies of registered documents, and the firm is linked to CIPC Companies Registry which gives access to its recorded information.
