Yoyo Spitbraais' provides a comprehensive service for any budget. From a full catering option where we prepare all dishes and provide cutlery and crockery to Spit Braai rentals. There is no minimum number of people that have to attend your Spit braai. We will cater for any Spitbraai party size. Functions we cater for: · Weddings · Corporate Functions · Sporting Events · Bachelors Party’s · Birthday Party’s · Biker Rallies · Pub and Bar events. Our gas spitbraai’s are very versatile and can be operated either indoors or outdoors. We can also provide spitbraai’s, were the rotisserie work from 12V a battery, so there is no need for Eskom power. We also offer a variety of choices of what we can prepare on the spit. Imagine a Giant Juicy Kebab made of Beef, Chicken and Lamb, smothered in our delicious secret marinade basting and all done to perfection on a spit. Or what about a Chicken braai? We fit up to 10 chickens with ease on one spit, or with our specially made adapters can handle up to 30 whole chickens, making our spitbraai services unique. Just like with all our dishes, we only use the best local meat in our dishes, and this also goes for meat being used for our Spitbraai’s. We believe that good ingredients deliver great food. In order for us to secure your booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total value of your booking. This deposit is not refundable should you cancel your booking within 7 days from the function date. The balance is payable after the function. The prices quoted on this Web site can only change, should we experience any unlikely unstable market conditions.
