Yes, we do teach beginners, we often split our class into smaller groups and focus on what is more relevant to your particular level, making sure you are comfortable with the basics. We teach 2 systems at Fighting Spirit Club, you can decide if you want to do either or both. 1) Wing Chun Kung Fu, a Classic Chinese Martial Art. Classes are on: Mon and Wed Time: 6:30pm to 8pm 2) Krav Maga Self Defence, a Proven Combat Problem Solving System. Classes are on: Tues and Thurs Time: 6:30pm to 8pm We look forward to training you.
