The Cape Care Agency provides a friendly and personal care service that enables the elderly or disabled client to continue to live independently in his/her own home. Often elderly or disabled Clients are daunted by the prospect of travelling alone and so miss out on wonderful opportunities. We offer care in hotels / holiday accommodation as well as Carers who can accompany Clients on their travels. In the modern day hospital patients are discharged as soon as possible. We can provide post operative or respite care in the Clients own home where recovery is often hastened by being in a familiar environment. We currently work very successfully with community nursing sisters who are called in should the care situation require medical intervention or supervision.
