Khumula is situated on the border of the Limpopo Province and the Mpumalanga Province of South Africa. It is only a 5 minute drive from Burgersfort and lies between this bustling town and the mining community of Steelpoort. Burgersfort is 60 km north of Lydenburg (Mashishing), 170 km north west of Middelburg and 150 km south of Pietersburg (Polokwane). Here at Khumula we have a wide variety of game including Impala, Kudu, Duiker, Eland, Wildebeest and Giraffe. Some of the animals are tamed and can be seen around the lodge and dams. But for those who enjoy a nice walk to experience nature at its best, you are more than welcome to try out our trails on foot or with your mountain bike.
