I don't think I will ever set my fot on this place again. I took my car in to them on Saturday for lube services. And they did it I sow them checking on the back lights of my vehicle and they were struggling to open that light because they wanted to change bulbs. then after that they didn't proceed with what they were supposed to do as they were supposed to check on all the lights. I later on ask the guy that was busy with my car if what was happening because I sow them trying to open the light but he struggled to do so. His response was no I was trying to tighten it. And that didn't make sense to me because he wasn't able open it and what's the use of him to tighten it. Later on when I get home I found that same back light he was busy with broken and I knew same time that was the reason they immediately stop on checking on those lights because they broke it so that's why they couldn't continue. Long story short. I went back to them this morning to report this and fortunately one of the guys that did the service on my car was there I spoke to the guy which I think he is their manager so he then called the guy but he denied all this I then ask the manager to check on the footage because that is the only solution to the problem he then told me they don't have cameras on the yard. And I must wait for the second guy that was with this one to come in he will then ask him. I told him what difference is this going to make because they won't want to take responsibility of what they did these are colleagues so they will obviously tell the same thing. He then told me he will check on the footage after he has confirmed to the guy which was apparently out of work today. I then asked him oow now there is footage but at first you said there are no cameras on the yard. Now I received a call from him telling that he did check on the footage and he don't see his employees braking the light or caring anything that could brake the light but his waiting on the second guy to come in so that he can ask him about this. So how am I going to trust all this because at first he lied about not having any cameras on the yard and now they can wipe the part where their employee broke my light. I did ask him why must you watch the footage alone because I requested it this morning and that is something that you were supposed to do when I was there. But he chose to defend his employees over their clients / business. That was my story with JR AUTO SERVICES IN ATHLONE.
