I was visiting SA last month oct 2014 a friend told me about albertina jewelry and their prices .I decided to check it out( elloff street) Oh my goodness I couldn't believe the choices and the low prices compare to canada..I bought my self a pair of hearts earrings but the service I received was disgusting to say the least. The (black) lady who claimed to be the manager was rude and intimidating I decided I won't spend my money to that kind of service, she refused to open the electronic door which is operating by staff for customers in/out She insisted that I left a candy rapper on her counter so I must pick it up or else she is not opening the door! I felt disrespected,scared ,intimidated and trapped Oh my goodness something we don't see here in Canada I will tell everybody who's visiting SA not to go there, cuz they might in-counter the same problem as me or worse I wish this email could reach the owner of this store cuz he or she is losing customers through this bully, it is easy to loose ten customers than to gain one.
